What to do with spurs?

From my clinical experience, many patients complained of spurs growth at the spinal bone which cause them to have frequent backache. It does not improve with any other treatment. Majority of patients only have backache and no other symptoms.
Because patients are afraid of doing surgery after their check-up at the hospitals, they would rather seek treatment at Chinese Medicine clinic or other traditional method. After X-ray was done, they would tend to think that the spurs are the cause of backache. However in majority cases, spurs are not the sole cause of backache. This is especially true in those who perform labor work as it is mainly related to tendonitis.

If the spurs do not compress on the nerves, there won’t be backache. Nevertheless patients will present with other symptoms other than backache if nerves are being compressed. Spurs happened when the spinal bone is being stretched and it is a sign of ageing. Any person will have this condition as we aged.

But spurs is not the sole cause of backache. So don’t be afraid about . We have a lot of patients who have so-called backache due to spurs, improved immediately after treatment. As long as the spurs do not compress the nerves, backache can be treated accordingly. Don’t be afraid of spurs. Be mindful if you found the right treatment.
